Bloedstollingsziekte: Von Willebrand type 1 (dit nadrukkelijk melden bij alarmnummer 112 én hulpverleners!), ik draag mijn behandelplan bij mij in mijn vliegpapieren, bijbehorende SOS-pasje in portemonnee en bij vliegpapieren.

Ik ben gediagnostiseerd met een matige / ernstige ziekte van Von Willebrand type 1 (een bloedingsaandoening die gepaard kan gaan met belangrijke bloedingscomplicaties en een inherent verhoogd risico op het doormaken van een bloedingsprobleem).
Von Willebrand ziekte is een zeldzame bloedingsziekte / bloedstollingsziekte (niet elke arts / chirurg kent deze ziekte); ik mag nadrukkelijk NIET geopereerd worden zonder dat er vooraf overleg is geweest met een hematoloog. Ik draag het behandelplan & SOS-pasje (van Erasmus MC Rotterdam) voor die bloedstollingsziekte in zowel NL als EN bij mij bij mijn vliegpapieren, graag hulpverleners daarop attenderen (mocht ik zelf onvoldoende bij bewustzijn zijn). Wanneer ik ´risicovolle activiteiten´ - zoals paragliding - onderneem zal ik zoveel mogelijk een medische armband / ketting bij mij gaan dragen (met daarop tevens een hyperlink naar deze website) - in de hoop dat die ICE wordt opgemerkt - voor het geval er iets mis gaat en ik de hulpverleners op dat moment niet zelf kan informeren. Een ernstige bloeding / operatie is voor mij riskant. Het infuus met stollingsmiddel (Haemate P) dat dan vereist is voor de stolling van mijn bloed is bovendien zeker niet in elk ziekenhuis aanwezig dus ook dat moet dan door ambulance / ziekenhuis georganiseerd worden. In de praktijk moet ik waarschijnlijk onmiddellijk naar het dichtstbijzijnde ziekenhuis waar ze ´Haemate P´ hebben worden gebracht: een hemofiliebehandelcentrum!
Mensen met de ziekte van Von Willebrand gebruiken paracetamol. Hen wordt afgeraden acetosal (acetylsalicylzuur, aspirine) bevattende pijnstillers te gebruiken en NSAIDs (zoals ibuprofen, naproxen, diclofenac), dit omdat deze pijnstillers een ongunstige werking op de bloedplaatjes en dus op de bloedstolling uitoefenen. |

In het dagelijks leven merk ik in de praktijk (vrijwel) niets van Vol Willebrand, ik maak mij er dus zelf ook niet zo druk om. Voor mij(n omgeving waaronder vliegvrienden) is het echter wel belangrijk te weten wat te doen indien er ooit 112 voor mij gebeld moet worden... vandaar bovenstaande toelichting om een beeld te schetsen.

Coagulation disorder / hemophilia

Blood-clotting disease: Von Willebrand type 1 (explicitly report this to emergency telephone number 112 and paramedics!), I carry my treatment plan with me in my flight papers, accompanying SOS card is in my wallet and with my flight papers.
I have been diagnosed with moderate/severe Von Willebrand disease type 1 (a bleeding disorder that can be associated with major bleeding complications and an inherently increased risk of experiencing a bleeding problem). Von Willebrand disease is a rare bleeding disorder / blood-clotting disease (not every doctor / surgeon knows this disease); I am emphatically NOT allowed to have surgery without prior consultation with a haematologist.
I carry the treatment plan & SOS- card (from Erasmus University Medical Centre Rotterdam, NL) for that blood clotting disease in both English and Dutch with me with my flying papers, please draw the attention of paramedics to this (if I am not sufficiently conscious myself). When I undertake ´risky activities´ - such as paragliding - I will carry a medical bracelet / necklace with me as much as possible (which also contains a hyperlink to this website) - in the hope that the ICE will be noticed - in case something goes wrong and I can´t inform paramedics myself at the time.
Serious bleeding / surgery is risky for me. Moreover, the infusion / intravenous drip with coagulant (Haemate P) that is then required for the clotting of my blood is certainly not available in every hospital, so that too must be organized by the ambulance / hospital. In practice I should probably be taken immediately to the nearest hospital where they have ´Haemate P´ a haemophilia treatment center!

People with Von Willebrand´s disease use paracetamol. They are advised not to use acetosal (acetylsalicylic acid, aspirin) containing painkillers and NSAIDs (such as ibuprofen, naproxen, diclofenac), because these painkillers have an adverse effect on platelets and thus on blood clotting.
In daily life I notice (almost) nothing of Vol Willebrand in practice, so I don´t worry too much about it myself. However, it is important for me (and people around me including flying friends) to know what to do if 112 ever needs to be called for me... hence the above explanation to give a perspective.

Blutgerinnungskrankheit: Von-Willebrand Typ 1 (ausdrücklich Notrufnummer 112 und Rettungsdienst / Sanitäter melden!), Behandlungsplan führe ich in meinen Flugpapieren mit, zugehörige SOS-Karte ist in meiner Brieftasche und bei meinen Flugpapieren.
Bei mir wurde eine mittelschwere/schwere Von-Willebrand-Krankheit Typ 1 diagnostiziert (eine Blutgerinnungsstörung, die mit schweren Blutungskomplikationen und einem inhärent erhöhten Risiko für Blutungsprobleme einhergehen kann). Das Von-Willebrand-Syndrom ist eine seltene Blutgerinnungsstörung (nicht jeder Arzt / Chirurg kennt diese Krankheit); Ich darf mich ausdrücklich NICHT ohne vorherige Rücksprache mit einem Hämatologen operieren lassen.
Ich trage den Behandlungsplan und die SOS-Karte (vom Erasmus MC Erasmus Universitätsklinikum Rotterdam, NL) für diese Blutgerinnungskrankheit in englischer und niederländischer Sprache mit meinen Flugpapieren bei mir, bitte machen Sie die Sanitäter darauf aufmerksam (wenn ich selbst nicht ausreichend bewusst bin). Bei ´risikoreichen Aktivitäten´ - wie zB Paragliding - trage ich so oft wie möglich ein medizinisches Armband / eine medizinische Halskette (das auch einen Hyperlink zu dieser Website enthält) - in der Hoffnung, dass der bemerkt wird - falls etwas passiert / geht schief und ich die Sanitäter im Moment nicht selbst informieren kann.
Schwere Blutungen / Operationen sind für mich riskant. Außerdem ist die dann für die Gerinnung meines Blutes notwendige Infusion mit Gerinnungsmittel (Haemate P) sicherlich nicht in jedem Krankenhaus vorhanden, so dass auch dies von der Ambulanz / dem Krankenhaus organisiert werden muss. In der Praxis sollte ich wahrscheinlich sofort in das nächste Krankenhaus gebracht werden, wo sie ´Haemate P´ haben: ein Hämophilie-Behandlungszentrum!

Menschen mit Von-Willebrand-Krankheit verwenden Paracetamol. Es wird ihnen geraten, Acetosal (Acetylsalicylsäure, Aspirin) enthaltende Schmerzmittel und NSARs (wie Ibuprofen, Naproxen, Diclofenac) nicht zu verwenden, da diese Schmerzmittel die Blutplättchen und damit die Blutgerinnung beeinträchtigen.
Im Alltag merke ich in der Praxis (fast) nichts von Vol Willebrand, mache mir also selbst keine allzu großen Gedanken darüber. Es ist jedoch wichtig für mich (und die Menschen um mich herum, einschließlich fliegender Freunde), zu wissen, was zu tun ist, wenn die 112 jemals für mich gerufen werden muss... daher die obige Erklärung, um eine Bild / Perspektive zu geben.

Maladie de la coagulation sanguine: Von Willebrand type 1 (signalez-le explicitement au numéro de téléphone d´urgence 112 et aux ambulanciers!), j´ai mon plan de traitement avec moi dans mes papiers de vol, la carte SOS qui l´accompagne se trouve dans mon portefeuille et avec mes papiers de vol.
J´ai reçu un diagnostic de maladie de von Willeband modérée/sévère de type 1 (un trouble de la coagulation qui peut être associé à des complications hémorragiques majeures et à un risque intrinsèquement accru d´avoir un problème de saignement). La maladie de von Willebrand est un trouble hémorragique rare de la coagulation du sang (tous les médecins/chirurgiens ne connaissent pas cette maladie); Je ne suis absolument absolument pas autorisé à subir une intervention chirurgicale sans consultation préalable avec un hématologue.
J´ai sur moi le plan de traitement et la carte SOS (du centre médical universitaire Erasmus de Rotterdam, Pays-Bas) pour cette maladie de la coagulation sanguine en anglais et en néerlandais avec mes papiers volants, merci d´attirer l´attention des prestataires de soins sur ce point (si je suis insuffisamment conscient moi-même). Lorsque j´entreprends des ´activités à risque´ - comme le parapente - je porterai autant que possible un bracelet / collier médical avec moi (qui contient également un lien hypertexte vers ce site Web) - dans l´espoir que l´ICE sera remarqué - au cas où quelque chose tourne mal / se passe mal et je ne peux pas informer moi-même les prestataires de soins / les services d´urgence à ce moment-là.
Les saignements graves / la chirurgie sont risqués pour moi. De plus, la perfusion de coagulant (Haemate P) qui est alors nécessaire pour la coagulation de mon sang n´est certainement pas disponible dans tous les hôpitaux, de sorte que cela aussi doit être organisé par l´ambulance / l´hôpital. En pratique, je devrais probablement être emmené immédiatement à l´hôpital le plus proche où ils ont ´Haemate P´: un centre de traitement de l´hémophilie!

Les personnes atteintes de la maladie de von Willebrand utilisent du paracétamol. Il leur est déconseillé d´utiliser de l´acétosal (acide acétylsalicylique, aspirine) contenant des analgésiques et des AINS (comme l´ibuprofène, le naproxène, le diclofénac), car ces analgésiques ont un effet néfaste sur les plaquettes et donc sur la coagulation du sang.
Dans la vie quotidienne, je ne remarque (presque) rien de Vol Willebrand dans la pratique, donc je ne m´en soucie pas trop moi-même. Cependant, il est important pour moi (et les gens autour de moi, y compris les amis volants) de savoir quoi faire si jamais le 112 doit être appelé pour moi... d´où l´explication ci-dessus pour donner une perspective.
